**EvaVerse Studios Shipping Policy**

**Processing times:**  
- Orders ship out in **2-5 business days**, handcrafted by our printing partners.

**Delivery times:**  
- **USA:** Typically arrives within **5-10 business days** after shipping.  
- **International:** Varies by country, generally **7-20 business days**.

**Tracking:**  
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your items take flight. Check your email (and spam folder just in case).

**Shipping issues:**  
If your order is delayed beyond normal times or appears lost, please email us at **admin@evaversestudios.com**. We’ll chase down those courier goblins.

**Customs & import fees:**  
International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. (Eva’s neon magic unfortunately doesn’t extend to covering duties.)
